A new Wednesday evening book study of recently published Beyond Colorblind, by Sarah Shin, will begin in January. Chapters of the book include:

  • Chapter 2:  Ethnicities Made for Good
  • Chapter 3:  The Cracks in Our Ethnicity
  • Chapter 4:  Ethnicities Restored for Better
  • Chapter 5:  Redeemed Ethnic Identities Sent Out to Heal
  • Chapter 6:  Trust-Building with Ethnic Strangers
  • Chapter 7:  Cross-cultural Skills in Community
  • Chapter 8:  Responding to Crosscultural Conflict in Community
  • Chapter 9:  Prophetic Ethnic Justice
  • Chapter 10:  Culture Re-Creators.

Join us in discovering how our ethnic stories can be transformed for compelling witness and mission!

Class Schedule: This 10-week book study will meet at 7 pm on Wednesday evenings, beginning January 24th and ending in April. (This class was originally scheduled to begin January 17th, but was postponed due to inclement weather.)

Books: Paperback copies of the book are available to borrow or to purchase for $5. Copies will be available through Pastor Lynda prior to the start of class or on the night of class.
